Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

On July 24, 2015, Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles, CA,
United States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on adidas AG, Herzogenaurach,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 22,
2015 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 6325110 Voting
Rights).

3.02% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6325110 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

Furthermore, Capital Research and Management Company informed us that no
individual fund holds more than 3% of the voting rights in adidas AG.
