Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

On May 20, 2015, Mr Desmond Kinch, Cayman Islands has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
SMT Scharf AG, Hamm, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on March 28, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.01% (this
corresponds to 168434 Voting Rights).
4.01% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 168434 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Kinch in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following
shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SMT Scharf AG amounts to
3 percent or more: OAM European Value Fund.
