On May 08, 2015, Mr Desmond Kinch, Cayman Islands has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
SMT Scharf AG, Hamm, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.15% (this
corresponds to 216460 Voting Rights).
5.15% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 216460 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Kinch in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following
shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SMT Scharf AG amounts to
3 percent or more: OAM European Value Fund.
