according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on SMT Scharf AG, Hamm, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on January 12, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.95%
(this corresponds to 123851 Voting Rights).
2.95% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 123851 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Moran in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) and in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
