VIB Vermögen AG: Ludwig Schlosser elected as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Neuburg/Danube, October 23, 2019 - At yesterday's meeting of the Supervisory Board, Mr.
Ludwig Schlosser unanimously elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VIB Verrmögen AG. He succeeds Franz Xaver Schmidbauer, who resigns as Chairman of the
Supervisory Board and remains available to the Company as a member of the Supervisory Board.

'I am delighted that Ludwig Schlosser, the company's founder and experienced real estate and finance expert, has succeeded me as Chairman of the Supervisory Board,' said Franz Xaver Schmidbauer, former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VIB Vermögen AG. Ludwig Schlosser, the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board, adds: 'It is particularly important to me to successfully continue the very close and trusting cooperation with the Management Board in the interests of the shareholders of our company. I am looking forward to this task.'
