Rocket Internet SE: Changes in the Management Board
Berlin, March 2, 2020 - Rocket Internet SE ("Rocket Internet" or "Company") announces that the Supervisory Board has appointed Soheil Mirpour for an initial period of one year as Management Board Member with effect from March 1, 2020. Alexander Kudlich, Member of the Management Board, has informed the Supervisory Board that he will not renew his contract which ends March 15, 2020.
Soheil Mirpour started his professional career at Rocket Internet. At Morgan Stanley he was working in Investment Banking and at KKR in Private Equity. In 2017 Soheil Mirpour rejoined Rocket Internet.
Alexander Kudlich joined Rocket Internet in 2011 as managing director und was appointed to the Management Board in 2014.
The Supervisory Board sees the Management Board well positioned to drive the Company's development forward, thanks Alexander Kudlich and looks forward to working with Soheil Mirpour: "The Supervisory Board thanks Alexander for his excellent work and his valuable contribution to the performance of the Company and wishes him well.
