Buyers are the managing partners and company founders Dr. Rolf-Christian Schommers and Heinz-Theo Nühlen with their families. In 2006, DBAG acquired a 20.4% stake and DBAG Fund IV 47.8% so far to improve the company's growth and development into new products. Heim & Haus, with headquarters in Duisburg and annual sales of about 123 million euros in 2010, is a German market leader in direct sales of structural elements (windows and door systems, canopies, awnings, shutters, skylights, rolling doors, terrace roofs and conservatory shadings. Production locations are Auerbach (Oberpfalz) and Osterfeld near Naumburg. The company covers the complete value chain from product development, direct sales through product assembly up to repairing and maintenance work.
