MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG: First public listed investment vehicle of Mountain
Partners Group starts investment activities.

St. Gallen, October 29, 2007 – The Swiss investment corporation MOUNTAIN
SUPER ANGEL AG is starting its investment activities after a successful
listing on the Open Market of the Frankfurt stock exchange on
August 20, 2007.

Before the actual listing, the corporation raised equity of 38.6 million
Swiss Francs (approx. 23 million Euro), which will now predominantly be
invested in the German speaking region. In doing so, MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL
AG positions itself as an 'institutional business angel'. This yields the
advantage of being able to combine the speed and flexibility of a business
angel with the financial resources of a traditional venture capital
investor. In addition to seed- and growth financing of young and dynamic
companies, MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG will also engage in both pre-IPO
financing and restructuring of distressed companies.
In order to assure highest company transparency, a prospectus has been
prepared after the listing on the stock exchange, which was approved by
BaFin (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) on October 17, 2007.
The document can be downloaded on the company`s website
As listing partner for MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG the VEM Aktienbank AG,
Munich was mandated.

MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG is proud to announce that leading German
entrepreneurs joined its investment committee. It consists of Dr. Cornelius
Boersch (Chairman), Dr. Hellmut Kirchner (Vice Chairman), and Prof. Jochen

Due to the fact that MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG positions itself in the
marketplace as an 'institutional business angel', the initial investors are
mainly private investors and successful entrepreneurs.
In addition, Sal. Oppenheim Alternative Investments and the investment
corporation Injaz Mena, Abu Dhadi (United Arab Emirates) joined as
strategic investors. Both corporations are represented in the board of
directors of Mountain Super Angel AG.

MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG is part of the Mountain Partners Group, a Swiss
investment holding supported by 30 business angels and based in St. Gallen.
The group invested in over 60 companies in various industries over the last
years and was able to demonstrate six successful exits via IPO in the last
20 months (e.g. Smartrac Technology N.V).
In the following months, Mountain Partners Group will take two more
investment vehicles public, namely the Bluehill ID AG, an investment
corporation solely investing in RFID/ identification technology and the
Cleantech Invest AG, which concentrates on the cleantech industry.

MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG is a public Swiss investment company based in St.
Gallen. The corporation is part of Mountain Partners Group. The company
acts in the market place as an 'institutional business angel investor '.
The focus of investments is based predominantly in German speaking
countries, in all industry sectors, especially in early-stage financing,
restructuring and pre-IPO transactions. MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG shares are

HELMA Eigenheimbau: Klarer Kauf
