October 07, 2019 - The Media and Games Invest plc ("MGI", ISIN: MT000000580101; Symbol: M8G) announces to issue a corporate bond. The transaction will be arranged by the ICF BANK AG as sole lead manager. The additional financial resources should be used to finance further M&A activities, organic growth, general corporate purposes as well as the buyout of further minority interests in subsidiaries.
