IMMOFINANZ share is added to the STOXX Europe 600 benchmark index

The IMMOFINANZ share will be included in the STOXX Europe 600 Index as of 23 September 2019. This step was announced by the index provider STOXX Ltd., a member company of Deutsche Börse Group. The market capitalisation of free float serves as the admission criteria.

"The successful repositioning of IMMOFINANZ and the significant improvement in our indicators have been reflected in the development of our share. This weighting in the STOXX Europe 600 represents a further milestone and shifts our share onto the radar screen of additional international investors", commented Oliver Schumy, CEO of IMMOFINANZ.

The Stoxx Europe 600 is an important European benchmark index for investors and covers companies in 17 countries. It also forms the basis for numerous investment products.

The market value of IMMOFINANZ has risen from EUR 2.34 billion to approximately EUR 2.87 billion, or by 22.5%, since the beginning of 2019.

IMMOFINANZ is a commercial real estate group whose activities are focused on the retail and office segments of seven core markets in Europe: Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. The core business covers the management and development of properties, whereby the STOP SHOP (retail), VIVO! (retail) and myhive (office) brands represent strong focal points that stand for quality and service. The real estate portfolio has a value of approx.
