EVANGroup publishes financial results for 2018 and forecast: First positive results are emerging
- Investments in promising development projects remain on track
- First interest payment for bond 2017/2022 serviced from current income
- Balance sheet structure remains solid
EVAN's balance sheet total (total assets) amounted to EUR 114,331 thousand as at 31 December 2018, which represents a slight increase over the figure of EUR 114,003 thousand reported at the end of the previous year. The equity ratio was 83 percent (previous year: 86 percent).
"We have been repositioning our company over the last two years with an extensive investment package and see our strategy confirmed in the business performance to date. We are completely on schedule with our properties," explains Dr Michael Nave, Director and CEO of EVANGroup. "Our focus on the three real estate concepts livinit, shopinit and sleepinit has struck a chord with investors as well as with our customers and business partners."
As far as the forecast for 2019 is concerned, EVAN is increasingly recording its first revenues alongside the investments, which should result in significantly slowing down the increase in losses. The management expects clear positive effects on income from 2020 onwards.

Die HELMA Eigenheimbau hat mit dem Zugang weiterer Ferienimmobilienprojekte das potenzielle Umsatzvolumen um 150 Mio. € gesteigert. Ohnehin verfügt die Gesellschaft über einen umfangreichen Grundstücksbestand für das Bauträgergeschäft, womit in den kommenden Geschäftsjahren Umsätze in Höhe von über 1,4 Mrd. € realisiert werden könnten. Damit dürften unsere Schätzungen, in denen wir ein nachhaltiges Überschreiten der Umsatzmarke von 300 Mio. € annehmen, gut unterfüttert sein.
