In the period from 23 October 2020 up to and including 30 October 2020, Rocket Internet SE bought back a total of 203,439 shares of Rocket Internet SE under the share buyback program; the beginning of which Rocket Internet SE disclosed pursuant to Art. 2 Sec. 1 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 on 24 September 2020 for the same day.

The overall volume of the shares bought back daily in the period from 23 October 2020 up to and including 30 October 2020 and the daily volume-weighted average stock market prices of the shares are as follows:
