The bondholders of the 2015 corporate bond (ISIN DE000A13SH22 / WKN A13SH2) ("Bond") issued by REO Spanien Projektentwicklungs GmbH ("Issuer") granted the Issuer further options to postpone the final maturity date of the Bond by a maximum of 2 years in total, i.e. up to a maximum of 2 November 2022, on 5 August 2020 by a resolution passed by the bondholders in a vote without a meeting.
