Petro Welt Technologies AG (FN 69011 m) hereby announces that the date for the publication of the 2019 financial statements (April 30, 2020) will be postponed. A new date will be announced at the beginning of the first week of May 2020 and will be available on the internet via pewete.com.

The postponement is caused by unforeseen delays due to restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 situation.
