Petro Welt Technologies AG: Ad-hoc announcement

AD-HOC ANNOUNCEMENT

Vienna, April 28, 2020
Following the recommendation of the Management Board the Supervisory Board of Petro Welt Technologies AG (FN 69011 m) has decided today not to propose the distribution of a dividend for the 2019 financial year but to carry the profit forward in order to further strengthen the Company's capital base and its ability for investments abroad.

In light of the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and in order to best protect our shareholders and employees, Petro Welt Technologies AG has decided to postpone its 15th Annual General Meeting scheduled for 9th June 2020. The new date set for the Annual General Meeting is 15th July 2020. The relevant deadlines have been changed accordingly. Convening of the Annual General Meeting will take place in good time in accordance with the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz, AktG) and the Company's Articles of Association.
