German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)

MME MOVIEMENT AG decides to delist

Berlin, 6 February 2015 - Today, the management board of MME MOVIEMENT AG
with registered office in Berlin, ISIN DE0005761159, (MME) has decided,
with the approval of the supervisory board, to implement a delisting. The
shares of MME are currently exclusively admitted to trading on the
regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
(Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse). In addition, the shares are included in
trading on the regulated unofficial markets (Freiverkehr) of the Berlin,
Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges. The management
board of MME will shortly file an application for revocation of the
existing admission of the shares to the regulated market (General Standard)
with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. After approval of the application for
revocation of the admission by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the delisting
is expected to become effective six months after the revocation decision of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has been published. The shares of MME would
then no longer be traded on any regulated market of any stock exchange. The
existing inclusion of the shares in trading on the regulated unofficial
markets would not be affected by MME's application for revocation and the
revocation decision of Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
