COMMUNIQUÉ DE PRESSE Lalique Group annonce la réalisation de l’augmentation de capital À l’issue de la transaction, la participation de Silvio Denz diminue pour atteindre 58,3%, Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DS Group) détient 12,3% et Hansjörg Wyss, qui a également acquis des actions supplémentaires dans le cadre de l’augmentation de capital, détient désormais 6,3% de Lalique Group. Le flottant de la société s’élève à 23,2%. Le produit brut issu de l’augmentation de capital s’élève à 48 millions de CHF, lesquels serviront à refinancer partiellement le prêt actionnaire accordé par Silvio Denz dans le cadre de l’acquisition de la participation de 50% dans The Glenturret, et à financer d’autres investissements et projets de croissance de Lalique Group. Après l’émission d’un total de 1 200 000 nouvelles actions d’une valeur nominale unitaire de CHF 0,20, le capital social de Lalique Group s’élève dorénavant à 1 440 000 CHF, divisé en 7 200 000 actions. L’émission des nouvelles actions contre paiement ainsi que la cotation et le premier jour de négoce à la SIX Swiss Exchange sont fixés au vendredi 12 juillet 2019. La Zürcher Kantonalbank a accompagné l’augmentation de capital en tant que banque principale.
