Lippstadt, 29 April 2022. The management board and the shareholders' committee of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA have today decided to assess strategic options for the business segment "Special Applications" ("SA"), including a sale of the business segment, and in this context to conduct a market sounding, among other assessments. The market sounding on the business segment "SA" is at an early stage; the possible conclusion of a binding sale contract is therefore not yet foreseeable. HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA will inform the capital market and the public about the further progress in accordance with the legal requirements.
