Deutsche Börse AG today approved the application filed by Hansa Group AG,
Genthin, dated January 13, 2015 to revoke admission of the company's shares
to trading, thereby revoking admission of the bearer ordinary shares of the
company (ISIN DE0007608606) to the Regulated Market (General Standard). The
revocation of admission to the Regulated Market (General Standard) also
means that the company is no longer admitted to the sub-segment of the
regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime
Standard).
The legal effective date for the revocation is six months following the
publication of the revocation. The revocation will be published on Deutsche
Börse AG's homepage (www.deutsche-boerse.com) on February 3, 2015, meaning
that the revocation will become effective at the close of August 3, 2015.
