Hamburg, 14 December 2021 - The Management Board of Aves One AG today resolved to terminate prematurely with effect as of 28 February 2022

1. the 5.25% bond "Aves One 06/2020 - 05/2025" with ISIN DE000A289R74 / WKN A289R issued on 1 June 2020,

2. the 4.25% bond "Aves One 06/2020 - 06/2023" with ISIN DE000A289FA8 / WKN A289FA issued on 24 June 2020,

3. the 5.25% bond "Aves One 03/2021 - 11/2025" with ISIN DE000A3H3HD7 / WKN A3H3HD issued on 1 March 2021

due to a change of control in accordance with Section 9 para. 4 of the respective bond terms and conditions. Due to the takeover of 88.33% of the shares of Aves One AG by Rhine Rail Investment AG on 24 November 2021 a change of control pursuant to Section 9 para. 1 a) of the respective bond terms and conditions has occurred, which gives rise to an extraordinary termination right for Aves One AG.

The respective notices of termination and the termination date will be published on 30 December 2021 in accordance with Section 17 para. 1 of the respective bond terms and conditions, inter alia, in the Federal Gazette and on the issuer's website http://www.avesone.com/anleihe.
