KAZAKHSTAN KAGAZY PLC 

10 August 2012

Kazakhstan Kagazy plc ('the Group') held its Annual General Meeting («AGM») on
August 2, 2012.

The AGM resolved to approve the audited accounts of the Company for the
year ending 31 December 2011 together with the report of the Auditors on
those audited accounts. It also decided not to pay dividend for the year.
PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed as auditors to the Company until
the conclusion of the next General Meeting.

Furthermore it resolved to remove Jeremy Polturak as a Director and to
accept the appointment of Martin Quirke and John Khabbaz as Directors of
the Company with effect from 30th November 2011.

Tomas Mateos Werner was re-elected as a Chairman of the Board of Directors
of the Group.
