23 February 2012 KIRKBI A/S  and Oticon Foundation - the latter via its
investment company, William Demant Invest A/S - signed an agreement to buy a 50
% stake in the 277,2 MW Borkum Riffgrund 1 offshore wind farm from DONG Energy. 

Completion of the transaction was conditional on approval by the competition
authorities. As the approval has now been granted, the parties have completed
the transaction. 

The information provided in this announcement does not change DONG Energy's
previous financial guidance for the 2012 financial year or the announced
expected investment level.
