Correction of voting right announcement from February 19, 2010 and
correction of a disclosure according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG
[the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution from February 24, 2010

1. On May 14, 2010, European E-Commerce Fund LP, London, United Kingdom,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of
voting rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, fell below the threshold of
20% and 15% and amounted to 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) as of February
16, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 6.38% (163,566 voting rights) are to be attributed
to European E-Commerce Fund LP pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
zooplus AG are to be attributed to European E-Commerce Fund LP:
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP


Correction of voting right announcements from February 25, 2010 and
correction of a disclosure according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG
[the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution from February 24, 2010

2. On May 14, 2010, European E-Commerce Fund B LP, London, United Kingdom,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of
voting rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, fell below the threshold of
20% and 15% and amounted to 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) as of February
16, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 8.36% (214,131 voting rights) are to be attributed
to European E-Commerce Fund B LP pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
zooplus AG are to be attributed to European E-Commerce Fund B LP:
- European E-Commerce Fund LP


Correction of voting right announcements from February 19, 2010 and

[the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution from February 24, 2010

3. On May 14, 2010, zouk Scotland Ltd., Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting
rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, fell below the threshold of 20% and
15% and amounted to 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) as of February 16, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) are to be attributed
to zouk Scotland Ltd. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and
section 22 (2) WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by zouk Scotland Ltd. and whose holdings of voting rights amount
to 3% each or more in zooplus AG:
- European E-Commerce Fund LP
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
zooplus AG are to be attributed to zouk Scotland Ltd.:
- European E-Commerce Fund LP

March 17, 2010

4. On May 14, 2010, zouk ventures ltd., London, United Kingdom, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting
rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, fell below the threshold of 20% and
15% and amounted to 14.74% (337,697 voting rights) as of February 16, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 14,74% (377,697 voting rights) are to be attributed
to zouk ventures ltd. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and
concurrent to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and pursuant to section
22 (2) WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by zouk ventures ltd. and whose holdings of voting rights amount
to 3% each or more in zooplus AG:
- zouk Scotland Ltd.
- European E-Commerce Fund LP
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP

amounted to 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) as of February 16, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) are to be attributed
to zouk holdings ltd. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and
concurrent to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6, sentence 2 WpHG and pursuant
to section 22 (2) WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by zouk holdings ltd. and whose holdings of voting rights amount
to 3% each or more in zooplus AG:
- zouk ventures ltd.
- zouk Scotland Ltd.
