1) On March 12, 2010, zouk holdings ltd., St. Helier, Jersey, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
zooplus AG, Munich, Germany fell below the threshold of 25% and amounted to
24.89% (637,697 voting rights) as of December 9, 2009.

Of these voting rights, 24.89% (637,697 voting rights) are to be attributed
to zouk holdings ltd. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and
concurrent to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6, sentence 2 WpHG and pursuant
to section 22 (2) WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by zouk holdings ltd. and whose holdings of voting rights amount
to 3% each or more in zooplus AG:
- zouk ventures ltd.
- zouk Scotland Ltd.
- European E-Commerce Fund LP
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
zooplus AG are to be attributed to zouk holdings ltd.:
- European E-Commerce Fund LP
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP


2) On March 12, 2010, zouk holdings ltd., St. Helier, Jersey, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
zooplus AG, Munich, Germany fell below the threshold of 20% and 15% and
amounted to 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) as of February 19, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 14.74% (377,697 voting rights) are to be attributed
to zouk holdings ltd. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and
concurrent to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6, sentence 2 WpHG and pursuant
to section 22 (2) WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by zouk holdings ltd. and whose holdings of voting rights amount
to 3% each or more in zooplus AG:
- zouk ventures ltd.
- zouk Scotland Ltd.
- European E-Commerce Fund LP
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
zooplus AG are to be attributed to zouk holdings ltd.:
- European E-Commerce Fund LP
- European E-Commerce Fund B LP
