On March 16, 2012, Mr Stefan Dr. Piëch, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Your Family Entertainment AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 13, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 71.45% (this corresponds to 6282702 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 71.45%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6282702 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Dr. Piëch from F&M Film- und Medien Beteiligungs GmbH.
