1. Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxemburg, Luxemburg, informed us on August 28,
2012 pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage holding of the
voting rights in YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on
August 24, 2012 and amounts to 4.72% (corresponding to 103,392 voting
rights) on that day.

2. FIL Investments International, Kent, UK, informed us on August 28, 2012
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting
rights in YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on August
24, 2012 and amounts to 4.72% (corresponding to 103,392 voting rights) on
that day.

All of the aforementioned voting rights were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting
rights were attributed to FIL Investments International from Fidelity Fonds
SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in YOC
AG.

3. FIL Holdings Limited, Kent, UK, informed us on August 28, 2012 pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting rights in
YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on August 24, 2012
and amounts to 4.72% (corresponding to 103,392 voting rights) on that day.

All of the aforementioned voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent.
2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited from
Fidelity Fonds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting
rights in YOC AG.

4. FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, informed us on August 28, 2012 pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting rights in
YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on August 24, 2012
and amounts to 4.72% (corresponding to 103,392 voting rights) on that day.

All of the aforementioned voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were
attributed to FIL Limited from Fidelity Fonds SICAV, being a shareholder
holding 3% or more of the voting rights in YOC AG.
