On March 20, 2012, DIH Deutsche Industrie-Holding GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights in YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen
below the 15 % threshold of the voting rights on June 12, 2009, and on that
day amounts to 14,82 % (this corresponds to 259.271 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 259.271
of the voting rights (14,82 %) are to be attributed to DIH Deutsche
Industrie-Holding GmbH.
These voting rights attributed to DIH Deutsche Industrie-Holding GmbH are
held via the following company which it controls and which has a voting
share in YOC AG of 3 % or more:
- DIH Finanz und Consult GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany
