Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, has informed us as per section 21 (1) WpHG that on February 1,
2012, its share of voting rights in XING AG, Hamburg, Germany, fell below
the threshold of 3%, and now amounts to 2.90% (157,366 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 0.29% (15,674 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Germany, pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
