On October 10, 2012, KKR Management LLC , Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on WMF Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG, Geislingen,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the
Voting Rights on October 05, 2012 and on that day amounted to 71.08% (this
corresponds to 6634595 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 71.08%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6634595 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via KKR & Co. L.P., KKR Group Limited, KKR Group
Holdings L.P., KKR Fund Holdings GP Limited, KKR Fund Holdings L.P., KKR
Europe III Limited, KKR Associates Europe III Limited Partnership, KKR
European Fund III Limited Partnership, Finedining (Cayman) Limited,
Finedining S.á.r.l., Finedining Topco GmbH, Finedining Holdco GmbH and 
Finedining Capital GmbH.

This includes an amount of voting rights of 0.20 %  (corresponding to
18,504 voting rights) arising from shares which the listed company holds as
treasury shares and which are attributed to the notifier pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG
