Germany, on WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on 29 June 2012 and amounted to 4.50% (this corresponds
to 1,115,606 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the
company from TVM V Life Science Ventures GmbH & Co. KG, Munich, Germany.
