pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG exceeded the 3% threshold on June 27, 2012

27, 2012 and amounted to 3.165% (442,387 voting rights) as per this day.

Of the voting rights, 3.165% (442,387 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Kerkis GmbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

The voting rights attributable to Kerkis GmbH are held via the following
