Elvaston Partners GmbH, Berlin, Germany, has informed us in accordance with
Section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that its share of voting rights in VITA 34
AG, Deutscher Platz 5a, Leipzig, Germany fell below the threshold of 15% on
September 3, 2012 and amounts to 13.95% (422,094 shares) as of that day.

Dr.Oliver Thum, Great Britain, has informed us in accordance with Section
21 para. 1 WpHG, that his share of voting rights in VITA 34 AG, Deutscher
Platz 5a, Leipzig, Germany fell below the threshold of 15% on September 3,
2012 and amounts to 13.95 % (422,094 shares) as of that day.
All 422,094 voting rights (13.95%) are attributed to him in accordance with
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights that are to
be attributed to Dr. Oliver Thum are being held via the following company
controlled by him, whose share of voting rights in VITA 34 AG amounts to 3%
or more: Elvaston Partners GmbH, Berlin, Germany.
