1. Pursuant to Section 21 paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG), on 04 June 2010 we received notification
from the AVI Germany Fund I, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands,
that on 25 May 2010 its share of the voting rights in TOMORROW FOCUS AG,
Munich, Germany (ISIN: DE0005495329, German securities code (WKN): 549532)
have fallen below the threshold of 3 percent of total voting rights to
stand on that day at 1,33 percent (equivalent to 706,917 voting rights).
2. On 04 June 2010, pursuant to Section 21, paragraph 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act, we were notified by Active Value Investors Fund
Advisor N.V., Curacao, Dutch Antilles, that on 25 May 2010 its share of the
voting rights in TOMORROW FOCUS AG, Munich, Germany (ISIN: DE0005495329,
German securities code (WKN): 549532) have fallen below the threshold of 3
percent of total voting rights to stand on that day at 1.33 percent
(equivalent to 706,917 voting rights).
In accordance with Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, point 1 and Section
22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, point 6 of the German Securities Trading Act,
all these voting rights are allocated to Active Value Investors Fund
Advisor N.V. Curacao, Dutch Antilles.
3. On 04 June 2010, pursuant to Section 21, paragraph 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act, we were notified by Dr Hubertus Hoffmann, UK, that
on 25 May 2010 his share of the voting rights in TOMORROW FOCUS AG, Munich,
Germany (ISIN: DE0005495329, German securities code (WKN): 549532) have
fallen below the threshold of 3 percent of total voting rights to stand on
that day at 1.33 percent (equivalent to 706,917 voting rights).
In accordance with Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, point 1 and Section
22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, point 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the
German Securities Trading Act, all these voting rights are allocated to Dr
Hubertus Hoffmann.
