TOM TAILOR Holding AG, 22453 Hamburg, has received notifications of voting
rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG by the following companies with
the following content:

1. Schroders plc

According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 21 June
2012 the voting interest of Schroders plc, London, United Kingdom, in our
company exceeded the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in our company
and amounted to 5.05 % (equivalent to 833,879 shares).

5.05 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 833,879 shares) are attributable
to Schroders plc in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with section 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.


2. Schroder Administration Limited

According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 21 June
2012 the voting interest of Schroder Administration Limited, London, United
Kingdom, in our company exceeded the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights
in our company and amounted to 5.05 % (equivalent to 833,879 shares).

5.05 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 833,879 shares) are attributable
to Schroder Administration Limited in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.


3. Schroder Investment Management Limited

According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 21 June
2012 the voting interest of Schroder Investment Management Limited, London,
United Kingdom, in our company exceeded the threshold of 5 % of the voting
rights in our company and amounted to 5.05 % (equivalent to 833,879
shares).

5.05 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 833,879 shares) are attributable
to Schroder Investment Management Limited in accordance with section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
