fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.61% (this corresponds to
368,420 voting rights) on this day.

2) Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS), Geneva,
Switzerland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that on October 9th 2009 the voting rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts
to 4.61% (this corresponds to 368,420 voting rights) on this day. According
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.61% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 368,420 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company from Farringdon Fund I.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on October

DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to
