AG, Hamburg, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.01%
(240,545 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
