according section 21, paragraph 1 of the WpHG that on 20th August 2009 the
voting interest of JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited in Tipp24 AG,
Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.06%
(244,131 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

3.06% (244,131 shares) of the voting rights are attributed pursuant to
section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
