1. On 19th February 2009 Kairos Investment Management Limited, London,
United Kingdom, has informed us in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA,
Milano, Italy, according section 21, paragraph 1 of the WpHG that on 17th
February 2009 the voting interest of KIM SpA in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg,
Germany, went below the threshold of 5% & 3% and amounts to 2.947% (235,335
shares) of the voting rights on this day.

1.685% (134,561 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM SpA in
accordance with section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. 1.262%
(100,744 shares) of the voting rights are attributed in accordance with
section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG.


2. On 20th February 2009 Kairos Investment Management Limited, London,
United Kingdom, has informed us in the name and on behalf of Kairos
Partners SGR SpA, Milano, Italy, according section 21, paragraph 1 of the
WpHG that on 17th February 2009 the voting interest of Kairos Partners SGR
SpA in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Germany, went below the 3% threshold and amounts
to 2.196% (175,335 shares) of the voting rights on that day.

0.511% (40,774 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Kairos
Partners SGR SpA in accordance with section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6
of the WpHG.
