On 4th February 2009 Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has informed us in their own name and in the name and on behalf of
KIM BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands, according section 21, paragraph 1 of the
WpHG that on 2nd February 2009, the voting interest of KIM BV and Kairos
Investment Management Ltd. in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Germany, went each below
the threshold of 3% and amounts to each 2.844% (277,124 shares) of the
voting rights on this day.

2.844% (227,124 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM BV and
Kairos Investment Management Ltd. each in accordance with section 22
paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 (for KIM BV in connection with sentence 2) of
the WpHG.
