Limited, London, United Kingdom that their share of voting stocks in TAKKT
AG, Presselstraße 12, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany, went below the threshold of
3 % of the total voting stocks of the company on 12 January 2012. The
percentage of voting rights of Jupiter Unit Trust Managers Limited in TAKKT
AG on 12 January 2012 amounted to 2.034 % (1,334,645 shares).
