On 24 August 2010, Gerhard Mey, Germany, has informed us according to
article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his percentage of voting
rights in systaic AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JKYP6, WKN: A0JKYP,
have gone below the 5% limit of the voting rights on 18 August 2010 and
that day amounted to 4.36% (this corresponds to 630,000 voting rights out
of 14,460,747).

Of these voting rights, 4.36% (this corresponds to 630,000 voting rights)
are to be attributed to him via Webasto AG pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
