1. Henderson Global Investors (holdings) Plc, London, UK, has informed us
on October 9, 2012, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on October 5,
2012 and now amounts to 3.14% (Amount of Shares: 601,056). 3.14% of the
voting rights (601,056 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in con-nection with
section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.

2. Henderson Group Plc, London, UK, has informed us on October 9, 2012, in
accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
exceeded the 3% threshold on October 5, 2012 and now amounts to 3.14%
(Amount of Shares: 601,056). 3.14% of the voting rights (601,056 voting
rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence
1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the
WpHG.

3. Henderson Global Investors Limited, London, UK, has informed us on
October 9, 2012, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on October 5,
2012 and now amounts to 3.14% (Amount of Shares: 601,056). 3.14% of the
voting rights (601,056 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
