Niederlande, ISIN: NL0000186633, WKN:A0JEHN, fell below the 10 percent, 5
percent and 3 percent threshold on June 06, 2012. As of that day, Manfred
Rietzler and ICM Netherlands hold no shares and voting rights in SMARTRAC
N.V. Manfred Rietzler and ICM Netherlands exchanged their shares in
SMARTRAC N.V. against shares in OEP Technologie B.V.
