BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting rights
in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, fell below the 3% threshold of the voting rights
on April 26, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to
27,049,738 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.96% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
27,049,738 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company.
