according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its percentage holding
of the voting rights in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and Munich,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the 5% threshold of the
voting rights on March 20, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.70% (this
corresponds to 52,078,994 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.70% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 52,078,994 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company.

2. BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its percentage
holding of the voting rights in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and
Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the 5% threshold
of the voting rights on March 20, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.70%
(this corresponds to 52,078,994 voting rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG,
5.70% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 52,078,994 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
percentage holding of the voting rights in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft,
Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the
3% threshold of the voting rights on March 20, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 3.52% (this corresponds to 32,138,731 voting rights). According
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2
of the WpHG, 3.52% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 32,138,731
voting rights) are to be attributed to the company.

4. BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, U.K., has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
percentage holding of the voting rights in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft,
Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the
3% threshold of the voting rights on March 20, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 3.52% (this corresponds to 32,138,731 voting rights). According
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2
of the WpHG, 3.52% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 32,138,731
voting rights) are to be attributed to the company.

Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting
rights in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights
on March 20, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.33% (this corresponds to
30,443,107 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.33% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 30,443,107 voting rights) are to be attributed to the
company.
