Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on SCHULER AG, Göppingen, Germany, have
fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 05,
2012 and on that day amounted to 2.9492% (this corresponds to 875656 Voting
Rights).
