On April 20, 2010, SATORA Beteiligungs GmbH, Baden-Baden, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Schaltbau Holding AG, München, Deutschland,
(ISINDE0007170300) have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on
March 13, 2008 and on that day amounted to 10.25% (this corresponds to
191,600 Voting Rights). These Voting Rights are directly held by SATORA
Beteiligungs GmbH.
