Correction of Notifications of Voting Rights dated 19 June 2012 and
Notifications of Votig Rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1
sentence 1 No 1, 24 WpHG with respect to 4 SC AG

Van Lanschot N.V., 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, notified 4 SC AG on 5
July 2012 that it has corrected its notification to 4 SC AG dated 19 June
2012 pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No 1, 24 WpHG as
follows:

1) The voting rights of Van Lanschot N.V., 's-Hertogenbosch, The
Netherlands, in 4 SC AG, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 13 June 2012 and amounted to 6,94%
(2,911,000 of 41,968,304 voting rights) as per this day.

These voting rights were attributed to Van Lanschot N.V. pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sen-tence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

All voting rights that were to be attributed to Van Lanschot N.V. were held
via the following controlled companies whose holdings of voting rights
amounted to 3% each or more: F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., Kempen & Co
N.V.

2) The voting rights of Van Lanschot N.V., 's-Hertogenbosch, The
Netherlands, in 4 SC AG, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany,
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 19 June 2012 and amounted to
2.94% (1,233,333 voting rights) as per this day.

These voting rights are attributed to Van Lanschot N.V. pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.


The following notifications are made pursuant to sec. 24 WpHG on behalf of
F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V. ('s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands) as
subsidiary of Van Lanschot N.V.:

1) The voting rights of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., 's-Hertogenbosch,
The Netherlands, in 4 SC AG, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried,
Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 13 June 2012 and amounted
to 6.94% (2,911,000 of 41,968,304 voting rights) as per this day.

These voting rights were attributed to F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

All voting rights that were to be attributed to F. Van Lanschot Bankiers
N.V. were held via the following controlled company whose holdings of
voting rights amounts to 3% or more: Kempen & Co N.V.

2) The voting rights of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., 's-Hertogenbosch,
The Netherlands, in 4 SC AG, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried,
Germany, fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 19 June 2012 and
amounted to 2.94% (1,233,333 voting rights) as per this day.

These voting rights are attributed to F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.


The following notifications are made pursuant to sec. 24 WpHG on behalf of
Kempen & Co. N.V. (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) as subsidiary of F. Van
Lanschot Bankiers N.V.:

1) The voting rights of Kempen & Co. N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in 4
SC AG, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany, exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% on 13 June 2012 and amounted to 6.94% (2,911,000 of
41,968,304 voting rights) as per this day.

These voting rights were directly held by Kempen & Co. N.V.

2) The voting rights of Kempen & Co. N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in 4
SC AG, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 5% and 3% on 19 June 2012 and amounted to 2.94% (1,233,333
voting rights) as per this day.

These voting rights are directly held by Kempen & Co. N.V.
