On August 08, 2011, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on August 02, 2011 its percentage
of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5%
and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 61,604,861 voting
rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock, Inc.
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
