On May 22, 2012, FORUM Private Equity GmbH, München, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Pulsion Medical Systems SE, Feldkirchen, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 02, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 52.06% (this corresponds to 4633543 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 28.68% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 2552285 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from FORUM European Smalllcaps GmbH and Klaus Kühn,whose voting interest in
Pulsion Medical Systems SE amounts to 3% or more.
